HLTLeonard Turner has been the chief photographer for Porsche Panorama for more than three decades.  In the course of that time, he has shot several hundred covers for the magazine as well as countless feature spreads.  For many years he ran the chemical darkroom for the magazine as well, but has long since transitioned to a fully digital workflow and is currently Panorama’s Photoshop guru, managing virtually every image seen in the magazine.  His photographs have been published in many books including Porsche: Portrait of a Legend, Porsche Specials, Porsche, the 4-Cylinder, 4-Cam Sports & Racing Cars, Porsche: The Fine Art of the Sports Car, Carrera RS and Porsche Prototype Era 1964 to 1973.  His magazine credits include Autoweek, Road & Track, Automobile, Christophorus and Auto Motor und Sport.  Turner’s photographs, including a gallery of black and white Georgia landscapes, hang in several private collections.  He lives in Atlanta, Georgia.  He still owns his first Porsche, a 1964 356SC coupe, and regularly drives a 1974 911 Carrera.
